La Pobla de Vallbona
La Pobla de Vallbona is a small town just west of Valencia city, set between the traditional towns of Liria and L'Eliana and 20 kilometres from the capital itself. With 18,000 inhabitants, it has lots of local shops and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and holds a weekly produce market every Monday.
The region is peaceful in character and enjoys a mild climate with warm winters, hot summers and little rain, i.e. typically Mediterranean. With the beautiful Valencian beaches only a 20-minute drive away, this area has a lot to offer. Ensconced in nature, with great countryside views and good overall facilities there is also excellent nightlife not far away.
