VALENCIA. The coves are the perfect haven to make the most of the good weather, that seems to have been settled all around the Valencian Community, and that hopefully will last throughout the whole summer.  Costa Blanca flaunts some of the best bays in Spain, largely contained in the district of Jávea.  It is the perfect time to visit these beautiful spots which, as well as enjoying natural resources, they accommodate very exclusive villas.  Indeed Rimontgó is the luxury real estate company  with great specialisation in the area, given our track record that dates back to 1959.  Below, we invite you to explore these unique spots and show you some of the houses set up next to the sea, in which you will wish to live all year round.

The new life of Portixol

Pool in Portixol

The Cala del Portixol has become one of the most photographed during recent years, or at least that is the impression given from the numerous publications on social media. The Portixol is actually the island that is sighted from the shore, where you can practise water sports and where there are archeological settlements.  Also well-known is Cala Barraca, due to the small fishermen huts of the shore, with white walls and blue doors. Rimontgó has luxury houses close to this beach, such as this large recently built villa, that enjoys some unforgettable views above the bay and flaunts an infinity pool.

Privacy in Cala Ambolo

Pool in Cala Ambolo

The name comes from the watchtower built in the 16th century, since la isla del Descubridor  (the island of the Discoverer) was sighted , given that it is situated very close to the Cabo de la Nao. Cala Ambolo is an area with full privacy and with a low occupancy rate.  So much so, that its beach can be accessed through a staircase and this beach allows nude bathing.  Just 500 metres away is this four-floor property, in which all floors are connected by a lift, with impressive views over the bay. One of its unique elements is the bay window on the side closest to the sea from a garden spanning 2000m2, where the whole landscape can be seen from.

The Granadella is second to none

Views of La Granadella from the dining room

Cala Grandella has been chosen on numerous occasions as the most beautiful cove in Spain, a title achieved thanks to its crystalline waters and to its gravel seashore, as well as a unique natural environment that enjoys environmental protection. In order to access the beach, you must cross the thick vegetation, where the pine forests are highlighted.  In the heart of the natural park, Rimontgó manages the sale of a magnificent villa, which is composed of a main property and two independent apartments. The residence has all types of luxury in order to enjoy free time and extraordinary views over the sea, in other words, from the billiard room or from the Jacuzzi with large windows.

La Caleta

Traditional villa in La Caleta

Also named Cala Blanca for the uniqueness of its rocks, La Caleta is found a short walk away from a cliff and is composed of two boulders connected by a stone branch. It is a perfect place to practise sports activities, to explore the surrounding caves or simply to take a walk with the children. The tranquility of the environment is what makes this spacious property of traditional style and located a few metres from the beach, such a perfect home for large families. This is distributed across two levels and sits on a flat plot of almost 3000m2, where the beautiful garden is highlighted, with lots of vegetation and sea views.

Cala Sardinera

Pool close to Cala Sardinera

Situated on the north side of Cap Prim, Cala Sardinera is such a pristine beach that should be accessed by foot, specifically from the Mirador de la Cruz del Portitxol. Luckily, the whole path flows through pine forests. Formerly it was a fishing area, but now the bath in its vicinity is an authentic luxury for the privacy and the beauty of the place, which can be appreciated from the exteriors of this Mediterranean style estate, managed by Rimontgó.  As well as a lovely garden and a large pool, it has two covered terraces with Tuscan arches, with both a North and an East orientation, ideal for dining in the summer.
