Living in Alfinach and Monasterios

The town of Puzol, situated 20 km from the city of Valencia, has become the centre of some of the most exclusive residential areas situated close to the city.

In the south of Puzol there is the residential development Alfinach, a gated community with private security, where over 500 families live. The Alfinach development features a large social club, set on a plot of more than 25,000m2. An ideal location for sports lovers as it comprises padel, fronton and tennis courts, 7-a-side-football pitch and an outdoor swimming pool. Next to the development is the colegio Alfinach, a mixed private school founded in 1971, which works in collaboration with the British Council. The Colegio Alfinach is nestled in plain nature, as both the residential areas of Alfinach and Monasterios border the Sierra Calderona national park.

On the other hand, the residential development Los Monasterios is located about 3 km north of the town of Puzol. The American School of Valencia (former Colegio Hispano Americano), which opened in 1980. Another nearby school of international prestige is the Caxton College, which was founded in 1987 and is also situated in the municipality of Puzol.

One of the big advantages of both residential areas is their location, in terms of its short distance to the city of Valencia (20 km) and its wide offer for nature lovers, with its proximity to Sierra Calderona, as well as the sea and the beach of Puzol (7 km away), while the marina of the Pobla de Farnals is only 11 km away.

Another added value is its proximity to the excellent Escorpión golf course, a sports club situated in Bétera, only 18 km from these prestigious residential developments. Both Alfinach and Los Monasterios are well connected, thanks to the motorway A-7 and the train station in Puzol that offers a quick and comfortable connection to the Estación de Norte in Valencia. Last but not least, the international Airport Manises is 25 km away from both the residential developments.
