Within the gates of this property sit stunning gardens that overlook the town of Jávea and offer views of the sea. These gardens lead to an entrance porch with a terrace, perfect for enjoying an al fresco breakfast.

The main area of the house is comprised of: a large dining room, a spacious living room with fireplace and private terrace access, a kitchen with a lot of storage space, and a guest WC. All of the aforementioned comprise windows that offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The first floor contains an ample bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
